I truly enjoyed the room, it was clean and upscale and included with a great large shower and the bathroom and mini-fridge. The location in a nice area was marvellous and easy and there were a drugstore and a grocery store nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the bay and Little Italy. The staff at the front desk was amazing, providing helpful information about the area and making me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and modern, with nice amenities like coffee and tea in the lobby and infused water in the afternoon.
The pool area was not well maintained, with towels left everywhere and a dirty floor. The housekeeping staff was a concern, as they used my personal belongings without permission and items went missing from my room.

Gorgeous and amazing hotel, I loved it. Attentive staff, helped me a lot. The king room was huge with amazing comfortable beds, so that guests had essentials. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in San Diego.
